ABSTRACT

Exercises in a correction programme are particularly important when you first start training. These exercises eliminate intra-muscular imbalances. The number of exercises in a correction programme can range from 8-10 but must include the following five exercises: These exercises are known as the five “correctors” as

your main muscles. They also increase the mobility of hips, knees, lumbar spine and shoulders. Use them also for the first 3-5 sessions after a longish gap in training. After that you may resume your normal training programme.
