ABSTRACT
Sculpting is an activity designed to allow family members to use spatial relationships to symbolize one’s perception of family relationships, events, or situations at a moment in time. As a result, this activity enables family members to reflect and discuss their relationships or perceptions of an event or situation as well as to share how they would view an improvement in their relationship, event or situation. This activity uses group members as substitute family members in a sculpting exercise.
