ABSTRACT
In this concluding chapter I shall briefly sum up some main conclusions. On the theoretical level I have presented a general perspective that encompasses some overall terms of reference for the understanding and further development in the field of workplace learning and a model depicting the interaction between some main features of learning and also of the workplace as a learning environment.
