ABSTRACT
Although we have spent the majority of pages discussing the positive impact that a therapy dog has on the clients of an agency, we would be remiss to not spend an entire chapter discussing the incredible impact that the presence of a therapy dog has on the handler and the professionals in both the agency and the community. This chapter explores this subject and explores how one can purposefully use the benefits of AAA to transform an agency setting.
