ABSTRACT
Cumulative progress on unified theory of judgment-decision is being made with the psychological laws of information integration. These laws are a base and frame for cognitive theory of judgment-decision. This cognitive framework differs sharply from the normative framework of optimal behavior that now dominates the field.
