ABSTRACT
It is impossible to discuss malignant borderlines without taking into account both their libidinal and aggressive aspirations and their link to a sadistic superego. Because most of the focus has been placed on malignant narcissists and very little on malignant borderlines (Kernberg, 1992; Vaknin, 2007), my objective is to provide a descriptive account relevant for diagnostic treatment and communication consideration.
