ABSTRACT
In this chapter we will think about issues of equality, inclusion and exclusion. Our starting point will be to consider the legislation and documentation that provide us with the broad framework in which we work. We will then consider the impact this has on us as teachers. Suggestions will also be made for further reading and exploration.
