ABSTRACT

The second part of the book is more specifically dedicated to the theme of the interpsychic. Here I explore various spheres in which the interpsychic is manifest and is developed, from a theoretical and a clinical point of view, including the technical aspect of ‘interpretaction.’ And it may not be surprising if in this context a chapter pertaining to dogs as an important part of our lives finds a place as well, because – beyond the collection of anecdotes that I have allowed myself to include with undeniable pleasure, and that can constitute a rejuvenating break during a reading that may otherwise be rather demanding – our relationship with dogs has much to teach us

concerning some of the basic functions of human relations, including therapeutic ones.
