Inevitably, a construction project of Kenana’s size and complexity fails to escape the problem of legal action. Contesting claims, whether in the International Chamber of Commerce, the Courts of Justice or simply at corporate level, is expensive and time-consuming, and generally the principal beneficiaries are the lawyers and consultants involved. Kenana was to prove an exception.
