ABSTRACT

As mentioned in previous chapters, in changing the university as a whole-to the “ethical academy”—we must look further to the unifying factors that create the overall culture and philosophy of the institution (Sanders, Hopkins, & Geroy 2003). We see leadership, more specically “transcendental leadership,” as one of the key factors toward creating and supporting an overall ethical campus culture, encompassing all constituents: faculty, sta, students, and administration.
