ABSTRACT
In the event that the Board formally endorses the proposal, the initiative should be quickly transitioned to a formal project before it loses momentum. To that end, the first measure should be to form and populate a project team and then to map out the team’s responsibilities and set objectives, by which time you are well on your way to making the outcome a success both for you and your organization.
