ABSTRACT
What is the difference between paranoia and paranoid schizophrenia? What can you do with a chronic, mute patient? When is a drop-out sick? Why is schizophrenia seen most often in the centres of cities and the lowest social class? Are schizophrenics more or less sensitive to their environment than others? These are some of the questions we try to answer in this chapter.
