ABSTRACT
Pressures in relation to employment are significant because most Africans as highlighted in Chapter 1 migrated to the UK in search of a better life through education and employment. However the reality can be different to the image that they had before arriving in this country. The following quotation sums up the views expressed by most of the participants referred to in Chapter 4.
