How does one deal with resistance to change? Is there a way to eliminate resistance or to at least mitigate it? You’re probably aware of structured problem-solving approaches. Lean Six Sigma includes many approaches and tools intended to achieve and enable problem solving. You will probably be pleased to know that there are also structured approaches to eliminate, or at least reduce, resistance to change.
