ABSTRACT
So little propaganda has been done on these & similar subjects [related to women’s interests] since we got the vote that there is a large uninstructed public – specially among women. The old leaders have mostly retired & the younger women are not interested in the question & their own freedom now that a few main grievances have been removed. 1
