ABSTRACT
In this chapter we outline the uses of computers in assessment. We remind readers that computers can assist in the design and development of assessment tasks and feedback as well as in the processes and recording of assessment. We discuss the use of technology to aid and assess student learning and the issues of implementation and evaluation.
