ABSTRACT
Mr. Faulkner is an extremely talented man, with a fine sense of values, which is sometimes confused by his inordinate comic sense. It is his misfortune-and his fortune perhaps-to be ecstatically praised by people who haven't the vaguest notion what he is writing about.
