Of course, I do not want to deny the fact that often a certain conceptual framework may be completely inadequate for coping with certain problems. For instance, a conceptual scheme which does not take seriously into consideration organisational conflict would be of little use in dealing with the problem of industrial democracy. But on the other hand, the same framework may be useful enough in cases where structural conflict plays a lesser role.
