ABSTRACT
And the Magadha king Seniya Bimbisara took a golden vessel (with water in it, to be poured over the Buddha's hand) ; and made a pure gift to the Blessed One, saying, " I give this Veluvana pleasure garden, lord, to the fraternity of monks with the Buddha at its head." The Blessed One accepted the park. Then the Blessed One, after having taught, incited, animated, and gladdened the Magadha king Seniya Bimbisara by religious discourse, rose from his seat and went away.
