The Sháhnáma of Firdausi Vol VII, includes the Sasanian Dynasty, Bhram Gur, Yazdagird, Hurmuz, Piruz, Balash,Kubad son of Piruz, Nushirwan, the story of Buzurjmihr, of Mahbud, and the introduction of the game of chess into Iran.
