ABSTRACT
It should be possible for nations to consider taking such action as may seem to be desirable within their own countries to fulfil their part in whatever seems to be necessary to facilitate real communication between peoples and cultural groups, though I think nobody can guess what period of time may be required for this to be effective and for peace in the world.
