ABSTRACT
I WOULD like to share with you an experience which happened some years ago in my analytical practice. It occurred most unexpectedly in my work with a woman patient whose conscious personality was very undeveloped. Her dreams had the quality of inertness and repetitiveness. There was little movement toward ego consciousness.
