ABSTRACT

G. hath sent me in ye strait search that is made of all circumstances concerning our Conferences and more particulerly by one article inquiring what other meanes besides prayer to God & petition to Authoritie, have bene allowed by vs as lawfull to procure such further reformation as we desire, and by the speaches her Maties highe Commissioners lately sent had w* m e: that both some other Ministers & myself are doubted to have intended to procure further reformation by forcible and violent meanes.
