ABSTRACT
Child Labour was not an invention of the Industrial Revolution. From time immemorial children have been made to work for their living as soon as they were able, and the exploitation of children by their parents is no new thing either. But the Industrial Revolution did bring about great changes in the extent and character of juvenile labour.
