In those heady days of change beyond any that had been experienced before, what kind of sex life did the workers lead? In the nature of the case an answer is hard to come by, but from the sources that have been drawn upon for our account of conditions in factory and mine and workshop we may discover, now and again, a piece of ‘sexual relation’ that is all the more valuable for being so rare.
