ABSTRACT
The valuation menu has been studied and it is hoped the reader considers he or she has also tasted an appetiser. If enough has been gleaned from this book to encourage further pursuit of the study of valuation, and if it has helped him or her to acquire a reasonable understanding of the topics covered in it, the author will consider it to have been well worth writing.
