ABSTRACT

Chapter 9 outlined the various data gathering methods that can be used to collect learning and support environment information. The next question then is, ‘what can we do with this information?’ As any researcher or evaluator knows, it is one thing to gather data, it is another thing to interpret it, and still another thing to decide what to do about the interpretation! As we said, environmental information does not tell us how or what to design, it tells us what to consider during the design.
