ABSTRACT
Where the facilities factors concern the physical dimensions and sensory qualities of the environment, the instructional materials factors concern the objects that are used in the environment by learner and instructor. Handouts, videotapes, computer discs and books are all instructional materials. Designers may consider a number of materials factors in the design of instruction:
instructional lifespan
adaptability
ease of use
reproducibility
replaceability.
