ABSTRACT
Although this entire book has drawn on the experiences of many hundreds of people implementing flexible assessment systems in different countries, this last chapter offers a distillation of key lessons learned in recent years. It is hoped that these will serve as a summary checklist for those who are just starting out or those who are seeking continuous improvement in their work.
