ABSTRACT
This is a case study of partnership which involves Training and Enterprise Councils, employers and the University of Glamorgan in the development and implementation of study programmes which are based on the needs of the work-place. Students create, in conjunction with the University, ‘bespoke’ learning contracts appropriate to their work-related needs.
