ABSTRACT
After developing a set of objectives for the time period covered by the strategic plan, you must formulate the strategy needed to accomplish each of those objectives. You will first design an overall strategy. Then you must plan the operating details of that strategy (as it relates to the total efforts of the athletic department) in order to guide those efforts with specific strategies designed to achieve each written objective.
