Second Language Acquisition of Relative Clause Structures by Learners of Italian

I have tested the implications for second language acquisition of a theory of relative clause description set forth by Keenan and Comrie (1977). Several studies have previously tested the implications of this theory for learners of English as a second language. I conducted this study on learners of Italian as a foreign language using techniques similar to those of previous studies.
