ABSTRACT
Our goal in this chapter is to summarize the journey that the]asper series has allowed us to take. We do so by discussing The LTC Framework, where LTC stands for Looking at Technology in Context (CTGY, 1996a). We then highlight key lessons learned from the Jasper experience, and discuss some of our next steps.
