ABSTRACT
A classroom is the scene of endlessly repetitive conflict and compromise. Although it is regarded as a place where teaching and learning routinely occur, throughout these processes teachers and students also encounter cognitive, interpersonal, and ethical dilemmas that must be managed and resolved.
