ABSTRACT
The aero structure manufacturing facility under investigation in this research has a long and complicated history. Today, it is one of the leaders with its specialty, a key process within the larger construction of an overall commercial aircraft. In order to disguise the particular company under discussion, several background and other details have been omited; however, the supply chain project itself lends well to the continued development of an agile framework.
