ABSTRACT
This vision of heaven and purgatory appears in the biography, (Ch. 1, bk. 6–7, Vita Beatae Christinae Mirabilis Trudonopoli in Hasbania by Thomas de Cantimpré. Christina, who lived from 1150–1224 in Brabant-Flanders, had a truly amazing life, especially after her apparent death when this vision occurred.
