ABSTRACT
Arthur Schlesinger recently wrote an editorial entitled “Making Reagan Accountable”(Wall Street Journal, April 20, 1984). He observed Reagan's gift for dodging responsibility and concluded his comments in citing previous Presidents Truman and Jackson.
