ABSTRACT
Even though the actors will problably be fairly preoccupied just before the show, it is important, I think, for the director (and perhaps the choreographer and producer too) to go round the dressing rooms and wish everybody luck. It is also important to remember that the stage managers will probably be feeling just as anxious as the actors, and a word of encouragement in their ears will usually be much appreciated.
