ABSTRACT

Billy is a fourteen year old living on an estate in East London. He is a fundamentally decent child, trying to live a normal life of school and pursuing his hobby of fishing. He is bullied by a slightly older gang of boys. The leader of the gang, Scott, believes that Billy’s father grassed to the police about a murder on the estate, sending Scott’s older brother to prison. As the time comes for the brother’s release, Scott and his gang step up their vendetta towards Billy with tragic results.
