PITELIS provides a collection of 12 original essays that extend and pointedly consider limitations of Williamson (1975). Basic assumptions and specific applications are poured over in directed detail. Kay’s chapter runs the gamut, inadequacies at several levels are noted, and well-reasoned amendments are offered.
