ABSTRACT
A large company is in a much better position than a small company to buy options. It has ready access to knowledgeable staff in banks in a big financial center and to traded options brokers. However, small companies normally will have to rely on the service from the staff of their local bank who might not be familiar with options, and so their access to OTC or traded options might be constrained.
