ABSTRACT
The Inclusion Coordinator will oversee the strategic management of the school's inclusive learning resource centre (ILRC). A full-time inclusion teacher and an LSA will staff the centre on a daily basis. A team of LSAs will also work outside the centre, across the curriculum, with a diversity of targeted pupils.
