ABSTRACT
Whether you are the leader of the class or of a small group it is you who are in charge. Knowledge of the group will also allow you to spot the leaders within groups. Working with these leaders will have a ripple effect, in that if you influence such key people in the group they will influence others who look to them for approval. Remember that young people look to their peers as their key reference group – we should make use of this knowledge.
