ABSTRACT
Infant children’s learning and behaviour are influenced by temperament, family and cultural background, parental upbringing, relationships between siblings and, in particular, the negotiation of developmental stages and milestones. Children are often at different stages of development. Behaviour problems can be transitory during this period of development.
