ICT in the Framework

There is no doubt that technology should and will change the teaching and learning of mathematics. The questions are what will change, when and how? In the Framework, there are almost 300 pages of examples that provide a rich source of ideas for adapting and extending activities for the classroom. Within these examples there are many references to using ICT to learn mathematics. At last, the move into the twenty-first century has been acknowledged by a national document!
