ABSTRACT
Location: Newport is situated on the southernmost point of Aquidneck Island, To the west, Newport Bridge connects the city to Jamestown, which is connected to mainland Rhode Island by the Jamestown Bridge. Middletown and Portsmouth are located to the north of Newport.
