ABSTRACT
Location: Approximately ninety miles north of Toronto, on the peninsula that separates Georgian Bay (a large inlet of Lake Huron) to the west and Lake Ontario to the east. The reconstructed site of the mission stands off Highway 12, near the mouth of the Wye River, three miles southeast of Midland.
