ABSTRACT
Location: Arezzo, capital city of the province of the same name, is situated on a sloping hill in the Apennines, in the eastern Tuscany region of north-central Italy. It lies in a fertile plain near the junction of the Chiani and Arno Rivers, fifty-five miles southeast of Florence.
