ABSTRACT
Location: Southern Dalmatian coast of the former Yugoslavia, at the southeastern end of the Gulf of Kotor (Boka Kotorska); bounded on the west by the Adriatic Sea, east by Mount Lovcen (the highest of the Njegusi Mountains); approximately fifty miles south of Dubrovnik and thirty miles north of the Albanian border.
