ABSTRACT
Imaging anthropology requires an ethnographic use of visual techniques and technology to gather, analyze, and present anthropological information. For this, a visual ethnographic frame of reference needs to evolve within the more traditional approaches of participant observation and ethnographic in terviewing (Spradley 1979,1980).
